   Your tubing adventure will average 3-5 hrs. depending on water levels & wind direction. More water in June Faster ride and more paddling to avoid tree snags. Normal and can be the best water flow in July. Low water depth with more sand bars in August and you may have to walk in places. But this is Iowa and weather can change the river at any time. On an average day you can get out of your tube and walk just about anywhere in the river, in “normal conditions”. You can Call and ask what the river conditions are any time 641-751-3418 You must be able and know how to swim to participate in tubing the river and use RNR equipment. Refer to the Safety Rules page for more info.

     Reservation date and number of people preferred to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your date of tubing or camping but we usually have space available at anytime, just call 641-751-3418. RNR does not except credit cards at this time. Payment methods may change.

Notice: Only bring 3in round pool noodles for hooking your tubes together. Rope / String and Glass Bottles on the river is a Safety Hazard and not allowed.

         Float Time

•You might float 4 miles on a trip, or 8 miles on a trip, Rock-n-Row will determine how many miles you will float on any given trip this is not an option. Float trips average 3-5 hrs., but you may take as long as you like out on the river and is best to be back before dark.

•One float trip per day, so take your time. Float  trip ends right back where you parked.

•Trip length is pre-determined before entering the water by RNR staff.

•Float Time on the water varies with the amount of water in the river and the wind direction.

       Trash Tubs & Tubes for your cooler are provided at no add cost and we rig them for you.

         Sorry, we have no tubes with bottoms in them.
